mr nobody · 0 · 22h ago Our 4th Amendment protects our person, documents, effects & homes from the government. It requires a warrant, probable cause. If they can do at us what they want, even kill us, without that, we have no rights.
If we can't assert our rights as they are being violated, we have no rights.
