Hey! Friendly tip (if you want one) - there are paint additives you can add to the paint to thin it out a bit, might take more layers but it should go on more consistently. In my experience, it's so much harder to paint minis when the paint is too thick. Oh and also use a primer, might help too!
Thank you! I've heard of medium that better thins paints. I've been basically just using a bit of water to thin them. Weirdly enough this miniature was primed. 😭
I think maybe I didnt prime it as well as I thought I did? But the primer didn't stick well I think? But I'll look into medium
Was this a resin printed mini? Cause if it was maybe it needed to be washed for longer, might be part of the reason why primer/paint wouldn't stick as well.
Yes it's resin 3d printed mini I bought off Etsy.
And you might be right. I hadnt thought of that :(
If that's the case it's a relatively easy fix, just need some alcohol really and a container with a good seal and you're good to go 👍 I would probably get into the habit of washing all of them just in case
