2/2 Dr. James added, "This is not about him being fatigued. Although that is in play. This is about somebody's brain dissolving inside of their skull. It would be a shame if he had the nuclear codes.

He claims he's the fittest President ever can't walk a mile. He is clearly failing both in body and mind and rapidly. YES I have seen this before.. But there are a couple different conditions that the symptoms match. And I'm not a doctor so I can not say for sure. Senile dementia is one of them.
