Olo 🔞 · 0 · 5h agoCurious. When I imagined Sam being "hurt" by previous (and presumably tiny) partners, I expected that they never really got over their fear of her and just strung her along without addressing their feelings until they finally ran out on her.
MicroMD · 1 · 4h agoIt's less to do with fear, and more to do with fetishization, where someone would start to date her because of her profession or her being a Giant, never treating her like an actual person
eddiegiantman · 1 · 4h agoYeah, that's what I assumed until Luke found her other life and that's been the barrier for the first chapters and this chapter has been about the barrier of Sam's friends.
(I assume that's been the theme for this story.)
