I think maybe this is one 'concession' that PM Carney has made to Alberta's premier, that needs to be REVERSED. A province shouldn't have to declare a 'State of Emergency' to recognize that climate change has made our summers devastating and deadly. We don't sweep forests floors - we stop emissions.
