Southern Ford County in east central Illinois...

* Until 815 AM CDT.

* At 323 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to
2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring, with broadcast media reporting several flooded streets
and flooded basements in Paxton.

HAZARD...Significant flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Broadcast media reported.

IMPACT...Rapid-onset, significant flooding of creeks, streams,
drainage ditches, low-lying areas, and poor drainage
areas. Widespread street and underpass flooding. Possible
flooding of structures. Possible flooding of highways.
