Flash Flood Warning issued August 14 at 7:37PM EDT until August 14 at 8:45PM EDT by NWS Jackson KYAt 737 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that earlier thunderstorms
produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 1.75
inches of rain fell. Flooding impacts will continue, but no
additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, hollows,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
