However, areas of high water may linger into early afternoon, especially in low-lying locations. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT Friday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
