* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio...
Southern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 1045 AM EDT.

* At 857 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen from thunderstorms earlier this morning. Even
though the heavy rainfall has since ended flash flooding will
continue. There are several reports of flooding in the town of
Wellston. Mulga Road just east of Wellston is reported flooded with
several feet of water.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Wellston, Hamden, Coalton, Wilkesville, Byer and Radcliffe.
