However, motorists should continue to exercise extreme caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT Friday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
