* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 809 PM EDT, An NWS Employee reported flash flooding in Stanton
after strong thunderstorms produced heavy rainfall. Between 1.5
and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up
to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
