Many invasive plants are far less damaging than the act of removing them would be.
For better or worse, they're here now.
👍Perfect example is the dandelion. The harm done by over zealous spraying far outweighed their mere presence.
And they're an early pollen and nectar source for honeybees. Honeybees aren't native to this continent - they actually aren't well-adapted to conditions here. They need European-derived food sources, especially after winter.
😆They are late bloomers here, mid August. Perhaps that is why they aren't so much of a problem.
