Woke up early so deployed my NENDY. A breeze, an actual cool(!?) breeze at Sharpham Road Playing Fields #parkrun this morning, the first one it feels like since March. Not fit, so at least left a nice soft course PB for the future. Which, er, yeah, was the plan all along.
