Also fun fact: Jack Nicholson loved the script so much, he petitioned the studio, producers, and director to let him play all the roles. They didn't let him. 😁

Fun fact: The Martian "Ack ack" language in the film was a placeholder because the director couldn't decide what direction to go in with a language. When they wrapped filming, they decided it was too funny to replace, and left it in.
