Still taking it easy so this week I was parkwalking at Hanley, which is a brilliant parkrun. Spent the whole time gossiping away with Sue the tailwalker… love the community!

Walking > running; well that's what my knees have long been telling me.
I’m missing running (a phrase I thought I’d never say)
But walking these is also definitely fun
