Montreal Lake Cree Nation hosted a Youth Empowerment Conference starring various Indigenous role models on July 14-15. Montreal Lake Prevention Services (MLPS) hosted the conference to inspire and support indigenous youth in the community. “It’s important because it gives the youth an opportunity to see that anything is possible,” said Patricia Gunville, Manager of MLPS.
