Build a fricken train to the airport like all normal countries
Either they're hoping to have it "approved" so they can claim a new government has to do it, or so they can claim they've actually done something by having it "approved" even with zero actual work done.
No money for hospitals, but billions for useless roads like Mt Vic and Warkworth-Te Hana
