I haven't even hit the back yet for beans and cukes and maybe some squash! This is my favorite time of year. It's cooled way down after a night of rain. Everything is growing with glee. And I have stuff to share with the local food bank. Perfect.

A whole bunch of chives that I gently pulled out of the ground, lots of different types of basil, lots of young carrots, and several Roma tomatoes in a harvest basket. Bolted herbs are safe to eat. I use them primarily in infusions and dehydration.
