Today's storms stay mostly southwest of the city, near Charlottesville and south of the Potomac, with just a passing shower possible elsewhere. Highs near 90, humid. Northeast Maryland has the best shot at staying dry. Saturday looks similar, storms favoring the Shenandoah Valley.
