Aria of Stars and Snow, part 2/2 of this side story!! Janae has now been disqualified from the competition and has a talk with Rain… Hope you enjoy!! ✨

A special chapter of my original comic, Aria of Stars and Snow! This is part 2/2 which taking place almost a year ago as of Chapter 25. It is drawn with monochromatic purple tones. Janae is a young woman with light skin, dark hair with side swept bangs pulled into two ponytails with a slight wave to them. She has on a dark jacket and striped scarf and wears pants over dark shoes. She has on circular glasses. Rain is a person with dark skin and pointy ears, lighter purple, layered hair parted in the middle and dark purple sparkly eyes. They wear a flowy textured shawl over a white zipped up outfit with shorts and slip on shoes with little clouds on the toe. This scene takes place in a field of flowers on the same cloudy day as part 1. Panel 1: Rain is sleeping peacefully on a fallen tree log, a lazy smile on their face. There is noise close by, but no reaction from Rain. Panel 2: Rain gets poked in the arm by a hand and sleepily opens one eye with a “?” Panel 3: Rain is shocked to see Janae, sobbing as she rubs her eyes. At first Rain hears nothing and then the sound comes through from Janae “:————WAAAAAAH!!” Panel 4: Rain is alarmed and immediately gets up and holds Janae’s shoulder as they say “Whoa, hey, what’s going on?!” Janae continues crying and says “I-it, y-you- waaaah… I yelled and yelled and- and you didn’t wake up! I thought- I was worried-!!” Panel 5: Rain looks on in disbelief and Janae puts an arm over her face. Rain says “Janae, I’m deaf. And was sleeping. And so was my magic. You know this, Janae.” Janae cries “I-I forgot!” Panel 6: Rain shrugs with a slightly amused smile and says “Really… you can calculate the volume and physics stuff for your sculpture in seconds. And the next second you-“ Janae interrupts with “Hang on!!” Panel 7: The tears have ceased and Janae looks serious, and holds her hands apart slightly, miming a rod shape. She says “My whiskers! I- I mean the metal rod things about this big? Have you-“ Cont below!
