He seems capable of divergent thought but is minimally original so creativity threshold theory would place him at ±120 IQ (1 in 10 rarity). At the same time his surrounding info sphere acts like a word cloud version of glitter spray so his vocabulary refers to concepts he himself doesn't grasp.
